Refunds & Returns
Goods found to have manufacturing defects will be replaced at no charge. All claims must be approved for return prior to the return of the goods. Claims for faulty stock must be reported to Luscious Labels within three (3) days of the receipt of the order.
Any discrepancy (pricing, quantity etc) should be reported to us immediately. This will ensure prompt corrective action on our part. A copy of the relevant invoice must accompany returned items.
No refunds, returns or cancellations for 'change of mind' will be accepted. If you are unsatisfied with your order please do not hesitate to contact me with your order number and description of the issue.
Custom orders cannot be cancelled once paid for, as I have already spent the time customising the stickers for you.
All items returned are subject to individual inspection. Any item found not to be our product or not showing a manufacturing defect will not be allowed.
The customer is responsible for the return of faulty goods to us, including any costs incurred in the return of such goods. Luscious Labels can not accept any liability for damage or loss of goods returned to us whilst in transit. Any returns arriving COD or collect will be refused. Reply Paid envelopes are not available for return of items.

1. Are you taking custom orders?
Custom Orders are being taken, please use the Custom Listings here to request your designs.
2. SHIPPING PRICES:
Shipping charges are calculated by weight.
We offer untacked & tracked domestic shipping in Australia and Internationally.
Tracked International post is recommended to ensure you can track your order if there are any delays or difficulties.
Shipping times will vary on Australia Post service times and your local postal schedule. There are still delays with COVID-19 and weather extremes so please make note of any delays in your area.
Luscious Labels ships WORLDWIDE except for the UK.
Estimated Shipping times are:
Australia: 2-14 business days
International: 5-35 business days
4. WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER DOESN'T ARRIVE?
If your UNTRACKED order doesn't arrive there isn't anything I can do to track it down, tracked postage is always recommended.
If your TRACKED order doesn't arrive within the estimated delivery times (Australia within 14 days and 40 days for International orders) please contact me with your name and order number.
You might also like to contact your local postal provider first as this will provide you an answer directly. Please let us know of any information you learn about your order so that we can provide any additional information the postal provider may require.
4. COLOUR CHANGES
At the moment due to the time it takes to do even a simple colour change or a font change I will NO LONGER accepting these requests, I may change this in the future
5. WHY DOES MY ORDER TAKE SO LONG TO PROCESS?
I work full time and therefore work on orders after work so your orders may require the full shipping/processing time to be completed.
Processing times are usually 14 business days but they may be processed earlier.
If you request a CUSTOM order the time taken for it to reach you will be longer as I need time to create for you, so please be patient.
6. DO YOU HAVE A COUPON CODE?
At the present time I do not have a valid coupon code. All orders arrive with a free sampler.
